Guest guest
Could you please inform the group as to how to use the baking soda? Do you make a paste?Or just puff it on(like a powder on a puff)? Thanks , R
Guest guest
I use half baking soda, half cornstarch. I put it in a plastic salt shaker that has an attached lid. I sprinkle it in my hand, then apply. It works for me! Kim --- In @y..., " & Jack Rawlings " <jamaraw@a...> wrote: > Could you please inform the group as to how to use the baking soda? Guest guest
Does anyone has suggestions for a deodorant for an almost 11 year old boy? I noticed my little guy got " stinky pits " playing outside this weekend. I personally use the Tom's of Maine brand, which is aluminum-free, but I'm not sure if it would be strong enough for a pre-teen boy. He has chemical sensitivites and I wouldn't want anything with a powerful scent. Know of anything natural/strong besides the Tom's of Maine brand? A solid would probably be better than a wet roll-on because of sensory issues, right? Guest guest
As a family we all use Herbal Clear. mountain air fresh is the scent. My oldest (not my special needs boy) is the preteen stink stage and it works great for him when he uses it. I order it through Frontier Natural Foods (but I have a wholesale account so its really cheap). www.herbalcleartoxicfree.com is the website for the deodorant. > > Hi -I have used Tom's of Maine and any other solid for my son. He never had an allergic reaction to any of the solid deodorants. My son and I have sensitivity to formaldehyde, which is used in many products, such as creams, shampoos, lotions etc. As far as I know, none of the solids have formaldehyde in them or we would have gotten a rash from them. Hope this helps. > > > Deodorant > > > > > > > > > > Does anyone has suggestions for a deodorant for an almost 11 year old boy? > I noticed my little guy got " stinky pits " playing outside this weekend. Guest guest
There are some natural deodorants that do not have fragance. Fragrances can be irritating if you are sensitive. The natural deodorants dont all work as well as the heavy duty ones from the drugstore, but they are better than nothing. Spot washing frequently is very helpful. Dont get those injections to your armpits. Not being able to sweat is very painful, because your skin overheats. Jacky
