My son gets limited gluten (white, processed flour). Breakfast is homemade

pancakes packed with protein (goats milk, eggs, flax seed) and nitrite free

sausage or turkey bacon. Lunch is a PB & J on sourdough bread, goat's milk

cheese, corn chips. Dinner is salmon, hamburger, chicken, etc. with a little

of either rice or regular pasta with goat's milk cheese and apple slices.

He's not getting much in the way of veggies at this point, other than

popcorn for a snack. I don't offer anything to drink except water. We love

'bubble' water around here (carbonated water with nothing else added).

Subject: daily diet for kids

Hello all,

As many of you know, our 3 yo, , has had feeding issues (thankfully with

his OT and feeding therapies he is making excellent progress). We are

working on introducing a healthy meal plan for him and are wondering what a

typical daily meal plan (healty and for us GF/CF of course) looks like in

your home...breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, etc...and HOW on

earth do you get your little ones to drink water?

Thank you all so much for all of your help...

Lots of love,

T, G & P Cole

My three boys drink a lot of water. One way you may be able to accomplish this

is to start with a water/fruit juice combo drink. Gradually (every week or so)

reduce the amount of fruit juice and increase the amount of water.

Robyn

I also meant to add to my post to make sure your water tastes good. I cannot

drink San Diego tap water. We have the Zero Waste Watts Premier reverse

osmosis filter (from Costco online) and it makes our water taste really

good.
