Hi Rica,

I am not so sure that warmth really has that much to do with the making

of essene bread as it is the fact that the sun is used to energize the

bread. Most essene bread is very raw on the inside. This is to keep it

alive. You don't actually bake it as heating about 110 will begin to

kill the enzymes. All living things respond to sunlight and essene bread

(living bread) is no different.
