It sounds like you are drinking far too much milk at one time Marie..Raw milk takes the body a little time to get used to.Drink only one glassful at most for a few days , or start with a half cup and work your way up.This is especially true if you dont often have any milk productss.Besides a feeling like you are herxing are you having diarrhea or any other symptoms.?The raw milk is helping you.Remember that a herx is a good thing.Just go much much slower in starting it .Remember pace not race.youcant go from no milk products to drinking a gallon or two in a day.Go slow. I like very much milk and the first try I made was with goat milk I had no probel of anykind.

I have light diarrhea I do not complain aboutit thought as generally it is the oposite .

I think I have probelems to digest it . and there may be some herxeimer reaction as well as I bought also some colostrum 1 quart and drunk ti the 2 first day .

If so I was not expecting such an effect . we will see . may be I will eat again something to ramp up then .
