Guest guest
sherry, eventually, the goal is to treat babs daily and at least 2 min. each area of the body. bart is 2x a day 2 min each area and lyme can be 2x a wk., working up to daily. again, that is eventually. when you first start it is done by seconds as you stated. sometimes start with less time and work up to where you herx. i did 20 sec. for lyme and it was too much. yes, very individual because each of our bacteria load is different, along with out ability to detox. good luck.barbara As I understand it, typically babesia is treated twice a week. For some people, 15 seconds is too much. It is very individual. Yep, it is lab rat time! Sherry > > Hi, I wrote an intro letter titled " newbee " , but I figure I will more directly ask for advice on how often one rifes for babesia if just starting. I understand many people hit bart every day, and lyme possibly once a week to start (?)--with 15 seconds being an okay start time, but how often does one hit babesia? Thanks. PS New member info: Our nuclear family of 4 have all been battling lyme for almost 4 years--myelf, husband and 2 daughters (extended fam with it too), and I am the guinnea pig for trying rife, as it is time for a change from antibiotics! Glad you all are here, thanks in advance! > Koka >
