Hi Lynn, I am off all meds now and feeling good. I too had a hard time reading and concentrating while I was on drugs. Now I am back to a book or two a week. Must have missed the info on Sher's book. I've missed you also. I'm reading Sher's book. Awesome. I don't know if its the meds or what, but I haven't been reading a lot lately. The meds seem to have slowed my down in a way. My concentration, comprehension, all has changed. I cant wait to get to a new Pain Management Program and see if I can switch to something else for pain. How have you been? Wow, the house just shook, we have a major wind storm going tonight. I'm surprised we still have power!!!! __________________________________________________

Armede...we had a hell of a storm here in our area too. A huge tree went down in my daughter's back yard, just missing the house. (Thanks God)

I haven't heard wind like that in a long time. 100 mph over on the coast.
