Guest guest
Kelp does come in Capsule form, I use Now Foods brand, (you could also order kelp in Bulk and encapsulate it yourself ) ) I take Kelp, Spirulina, Chlorella and blue green algae every morning, along with a ton of other stuff throughout the day. Also with regards to salad dressings, when you make them, substitute half the Olive or other oils for part coconut OIL! very beneficial for your thryoid. When cleansing, i make my dressings in small daily batches.
