It is a tincture using ACV. It is quite potent and, depending on your diet and other factors concerning your body, may cause heartburn. If you are experiencing the heartburn take it with some apple juice or something. I am glad that you both are taking it. It is very good for your health in many ways, heartburn aside. Guest guest
My personal opinion is that some "bodies" have or are so toxic that the cayenne is burning away the toxins.... trying to start curing the body... Ahhh, but this is only my belief. Suzipam <peetee1965@...> wrote: Pardon my two cents but I differ w/ it causing heartburn. I just think the stuff is so potent it makes it's properties known once ingested. Personally it is one of the strongest felt food items I have experienced going down. But that's not heart burn is it? Maybe I am just confused as to what exactly heartburn feels like ???Pam--------------------------------> > Also, does this give anyone heartburn?
