Thanks Jim,

Would you believe I use most of those, except for the Benfotiamine! Methyl B-12 injections daily is the one thing I absolutely never go without. I’ll have to check how much lecithin, carnitine, and fish oils I’m using. I did recently switch from Lecithin capsules to granules and discovered the granules have a higher percentage of phosphatidyl choline, which my LLDO thinks is essential, but I’m probably not using enough. My mind is working much better though. I think I might be ready to start driving on freeways again, but I’m not rushing it.

Hi Khaya,

Here is a full list of nerve repair supps...

They can be used individually, but are better used as a group.

Here is a list of nerve repair supps... If you do have a nerve problem, using all of these may be

more helpful than using just a few... I've listed them by what I think is most important

The only kind of Vitamin B12 you want to use is B12 METHYL... It is superior to

the other types, also using it sublingually is best... BUT, instead of placing

it under the tongue where it will get used up too quickly as this is not

healthy, place it between your upper gum and lip where it dissolves very slowly,

just like it should be...

Vit B12 Methyl, 5000mg, sublingual.... (NOTE: those with COMT mutations will

not be able to process the B12 Methyl... You will know if you have this..)

Lecithin, 5 grams, 1 Tbls, 2 x daily

Benfotiamine, 150 MG, 4 x daily (this is a slow acting B1, remains in the body longer

Acetyl L-Carnitine, 750mg, 1 capsule 4 x daily.

Fish Oil, 1000 mg, 4 x daily (listed above)

Take care,

Jim

Will lecinthin absorb through the feet is the question, which I do not know
