You'ld be much better off moving your morning ritual to lunch time. Go easy on your stomach in the AM. TT, vitamins and medications is a pretty violent combination. Cranberry, although it is excellent and wonderful and all of that can cause heartburn all by itself. Pretty astringent stuff. Even the tea can be quite astringent. Tomato juice is quite acidic and can cause problems as well. All this for your AM stomach wake up call. Hehehe OUCH!!!! No wonder it gurgles and voices its opinion. Aw, yes, coffee. Another suspect here I presume. Do you drink that in the AM? you are abusing your poor stomach something awful. :-( Also don't drink with your meals. Either drink 1/2 before or at minimum 1 hour after eating. Otherwise you dilute the stomach acid and your body will have a more difficult time of digesting your. food. Feel free to up your tonic to two or three or more times per day. Enemas are very safe if you follow the proper procedures. You can take two a day if you wish. They are perfectly safe and very helpful in cleaning out ones colon. By all means take one prior and take another after. Even take them during if you choose. Some don'ts here though, Don't use cayenne or super tonic. Don't use too much lemon juice or acv. I will tell you right up front that if you do you will think an A-bomb just went off in your entrails. Won't hurt you but boy is it UNCOMFORTABLE!! Don't ask how I know cause I'm not a tellin'. LOL Okay, I'll tell, I can't recommend anyone to do something I haven't personally tried myself. Well for most things anyway. Do keep us posted on how your cleanse goes. I am sure that you will both derive a lot from it. If nothing else you will at least be experienced. :-) Peace be with you . -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
Don, Thanks for all the advice. Who knew that I was abusing my stomach so much. I never stopped to think about it honestly. Duh. For someone who's got two degrees and is contstnatly (nearly OC) checking this list...I havev a ways to go!! The gurgling/aching in my stomach is BEFORE I take my meds, TT and vitamins. It usually happens in the morning and it hurts so badly it is what gets me out of bed in the first place. IT feels like almost gassy bloating and cramping, acute, sharp pains that force air up into my throat. LIke I said, bad enough to get me out of bed at 5 am a lot of the time! Coffee is usually had about 2 hours after waking, 1 hour after meds/morning routine. One cup is all I ever drink. I also didn't realize i wasnt supposed to drink during meals. However tha tmakes complete sense. I will pass all of that info along. You've got me laughing so hard I'm crying here, over the A-bomb in my entrails! I find I've got that issue often, unfortunately, sinc ei love eating spicey foods (curry is one of my FAVORITE things to eat ever). I'm hoping by cleansing myself out, i'll be able to better digest food and wont have so many digestive issues. One thing at a time...eventually i'll do more specific cleanses with herbs helping etc. Thanks for the advice on the enemas as well and I talked about it this morning and I'll do some research tonight. ....I'll see how it goes and will definitely keep all of you up to date. Thanks so much, love and light, --- In health , Don Quai >
