Hi ,

I don't believe oral magnesium is bad, I've never read anything stating this...

Now if you

are taking so much and have continual diarrhea, that could be bad, but not the

oral mag

itself..

I don't believe I referenced Dr. F, Dr. K is where I first heard of this info..

I have nobody on moderation... I have seen in the past a few others and once my

own

post did not get posted until the next day.. I don't know of any posts that have

ever

gotten lost..

You do know you have to slowly build up on mag oil... Most cut it 50% with

distilled water to start..

Also, once your skin is acclimated to it, you can apply it very thick just once

daily, but if so, best

to allow it a good hour before wiping it off.. And I am finding as I try to

apply more at one time,

it does sting... I have a lot of tall fakahatchee grass I am always rubbing up

against and it makes

small cuts like paper cuts and I know this is part of my problem as mag oil will

instantly sting

if applied to a cut. It took me 10 months to go from 50% to 100%... Some can

actually use 100%

from the start, but most can't.

If there is not a lot of mag in your multi-mineral, I don't think I would worry

about it.. Small amounts

won't matter much...

Also keep in mind, you and your niece can add a lot more mag oil buy applying it

to the skin while

also using it in a foot bath..

And keep in mind also, the big deal is just not the mag oil, but it is made from

magnesium chloride

and chloride is necessary for life and it is something we really need... We get

some from salt as

it is sodium chloride, but can really get a lot more from mag oil if the dose is

high enough..

And once you've used mag oil for 2 - 4 months at a high dose and your mag levels

are more normal,

then there is no need for high dosing after that... It's just in the beginning

when mag levels are in deficit

that it is important to get to high levels for several months..

Take care,

Jim
