Is this herx related? I have started to use my (new) GB4000 with MOPA and am rifing for babesia. I've been doing it now nightly for 4 sessions and am rifing for 20 minutes each time. I've had little reaction, good or bad, except last night, when I had bad restless legs and extreme insomnia. My mind would not slow down. It also seems to have made me more irritable, but I don't know if that's because I'm anxious and a little disappointed that it does not seem to be working. I should mention that I'm not terribly ill--about 75% of my old 'normal', and generally feel slightly ill and miserable but function OK at work etc. Does this sound like a herx or should I raise the times? Thanks. Sue
Guest guest
Personally, I think it sounds like a herx, which does not always happen immediately. And i don't think you should increase yet, in fact, I think you should skip a day or two, especially since you're so new to Rifing. I have a GB4000, but not with MOPA, so mine gives a weaker treatment. But I was advised to start out slow--treatments no longer than 1/2 hour, at least a week apart. Eventually I worked up to 1 hour treatments every 3 days, but now I'm back to weekly (except when I'm on antibiotics). I do not devote the entire hour to killing LD. I also work on some other pathogens, detox, inflammation, etc. I've heard that you should always run a detox program in addition to a killing program(s). The detox program can help make your herx easier. Guest guest
Hi Sue,Don't underestimate the full moon this month. I, too, had a horrible night last night, with itching, muscle spasms dark, obsessive thoughts; the works! A marine biologist studied the population explosion of pathogens around the full moon, and most Lymies have an increase in symptoms around this time. This particular moon is supposed to be extra powerful, so hunker down, don't feed the beasties with sugars and carbs, and get ready to kill them once the moon starts to wane.Be well,Léna (a latter day Lon Chaney, howling at the moon) Look svery much like a herx to me Sue , Kindly Marie To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Thursday, May 3, 2012 3:59 PMSubject: New to rifing. Guest guest
Hi Sue, Herxes come in different ways, I don't know if this is a herx or not... If it were me, I would not increase the time until I was sure this was not a herx. If you use the same session time again and don't experience these symptoms, I would not consider it a herx.. Then I would increase the session time next session. Are you using the machine as close to you as you can? Very important.. Take care, Jim > > I have started to use my (new) GB4000 with MOPA and am rifing for babesia. > > I've been doing it now nightly for 4 sessions and am rifing for 20 minutes each time. > > I've had little reaction, good or bad, except last night, when I had bad restless legs and extreme insomnia. Guest guest
How close should I hold the MOPA to my body? Is it best not to be clothed? Thanks.
Guest guest
Hi Sue, Here are a few frx's for inflammation I got from the CAFL list... http://www.electroherbalism.com/Bioelectronics/FrequenciesandAnecdotes/CAFL.htm Inflammation_general (also see Infection general sets) - 1.5, 3.6, 2720 If you also do a page search on the above link for " inflammation " you will come up with more specific inflammation uses... Take care, Jim > > What frequency/channel do you run for inflammation? > Sue >

Guest guest
One more thing Sue, For Babesia, consider rifing every other day as long as you don't have a bad herx, then you would wait until it is over. Guest guest
Hi Sue, As close as you possibly can get... The further away you get, the power of the frx's greatly diminish.. Just foot away and you lose a lot of the power this device puts out.. I will not matter if you are clothed or not, closeness is what counts!! Take care, Jim > > How close should I hold the MOPA to my body? Is it best > not to be clothed? > > Thanks. >
Guest guest
And if find yourself more anxious or irritable than usual, that can be part of the herx, too, especially when treating the liver. Guest guest
Hi Sue, I so think that the restless legs and the insomnia could be full moon related and also a herx. I have had the same kinds of issues this past week and they got better for a day after coiling, then got worse after starting a Borrelia Homeopathic nosode on Saturday of the full moon.
