Guest guest
Please excuse me if this is a duplication. I didn't think I got this posted the first time. Has anyone noticed that Dr Goldberg's staff doesn't have the bedside manner and customer service that is professional and adequate for his patients parents who are concerned about their children suffering from ? Has anyone noticed that they don't seem to relay all of the information necessary to Dr Goldberg? Dr Goldberg is a busy man and is a very good doctor. But it seems his staff aren't very accommodating. And they are the gatekeepers you could say so its an important link of communication between doctor and patient's parents and when they don't accommodate it really causes unneeded stress on the parents. Has anyone noticed this? Thanks.
