what do you give your little ones if they have a cold?

Hello all,

Our 3yo with PDD/ASD has had a chest cough and runny nose that came on suddenly

Friday morning.  We are giving him a little Robitussin at night, but would

prefer to give him more natural supplements that work with his body to assist it

to heal.  Our concern is that we want to of course, avoid gluten, casein and if

at all possible, soy, but we've found that many homeopathic tablets contain milk

products.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
