In my town they accept them at the Health Department and send them out for testing. I put the ticks on a piece of scotch tape and put in an envelope w/my personal information, and they responded back within several weeks. I still got on the abx's not knowing if it was positive or not, some were positive and some were negative. With one I had the bull's eye, with the other's I didn't. I also contracted bart and babs, could've been from the neg. tick, who knows. Early prevention is key, I would take the doxy.

Hi all. My brother was just bitten by a tick and we would like to get the tick anlayzed to determine if it is carrying lyme disease. Could someone tell me where and how to go about getting it tested? All help is apppreciated.Brad
