Guest guest
Hi, I am still trying to get my head wrapped around the diet. Are pumpkin seeds allowed, what if it is pumpkin seed butter? I just struggle with the idea of giving JIF, there are lots of additives that seem would be bad. Is the lower allergic reaction supposed to outweigh the negatives of the additives? My mindset has been on whole foods/organic for so long, I am just trying to make sense of everything. Thanks again,
Guest guest
For some reason, when I gave my son organic peanut butter, he had a warty-looking rash on his elbows and knees. I switched to Jif (or Skippy, I can't remember) and it went away. He was fine for a long time. Then, he went through a phase where all he wanted was PB & J sandwiches and popcorn. He was stimming like crazy during that time, so I removed peanut butter (all nuts/butters) and corn, and the stims went way down.
