AS I see dismiss several time I suppose that we want and they are sent free. So looks like we won against the FDA bu tI am not sure woth their special language only lawyer can understand . I got the letter too. Basically, it says that because those of us who sent out letters (saying we have used MMS and we find it safe) are not parties to the litigation between the government and Mr. , our letters cannot be accepted by the court. I think that the only issue currently before the court is whether the government had the right to seize Mr. 's money. They are not yet arguing over the safety of MMS. The court felt that it was only right to return our letters of support for MMS and Mr. back to us as they are not pertinent to the current case against Mr. . If our letters can be used later in support of Mr. , the court will then let Mr. know that it's time to bring in such letters. Legalese is fun to decipher, isn't it?
