But you will do fine and you will end up feeling quite good. Do you understand the whole procedure? Let us know if you have any questions. Usually it is best to follow the protocol as layed out. However, nothing is carved in stone. If she decides to take her TT then I would suggest her taking it before bed after completing the days consumption of juice and water. With a total body cleanse you are going for up to 5 weeks. Yes you need to make sure you are taking supplements if you are going to be doing deep tissue cleansing like that. You have to rebuild the tissue as the toxins come out. The d-day juice cleanse pretty much only cleans out the stagnant lymph and doesn't go that deep unless one is going to do it for an extended period of time that is. Don't be confused, I'm not. hehehehe Does this help clarify a bit more? -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. No biggee. > > Lynn =========================== LOL.... you gotta love 'em. Anyway, you can do this every month, no problem. Work your way up to doing a 6 day Juice cleanse as soon as you can. Really awesome. Several of those and I have no doubt you'll be ready for a total body cleanse. I have never tried triphala but have heard much about it, mostly from Tierra himself. Good stuff!! Okay, I guess we know what you'll be doing next weekend. Hehehe Peace be with you Lynn. If you want you can take your tonic. It really is your choice and your cleanse. Just make sure you are drinking a gallon of water and a gallon of juice per day along with the morning prune juice (I guess you can sub the triphala for the prune juice if you don't like drinking prune juice. :-) -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
This is Dr. Shillington, a naturopath in Florida. His version leaves out the turmeric and adds black walnut hulls as an optional item. The original super tonic is where he got the idea though. Janet ----- Original Message ----- From: oldglory@... health Sent: Thursday, October 21, 2004 12:24 PM Subject: Question on 3 day cleanse HI,So, are you saying this Shillington character changed the name from Super Tonic to his name/version of Total Tonic? I must still be asleep but have no idea who Shillington is or why he would change someone else's name for a tonic to his name/version.Thank you.Baugh******************** From: Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> Super Tonic is the original name... Guest guest
Dr. Shillington has a list of his own, of which many people on this list subscribe....it's called Herbal_Remedies, and when you subscribe you get a ton of good information. I find these two lists complementary to each other, if not majorly overlapping. And good information from both. I have never seen Dr. S post anything anti-anything except the allopathic medical establishment. Sharyn From: oldglory@... Yes, the turmeric is really wonderful in there and is very good for the body. Personally, I wouldn't use the Black Walnut hulls in there, but that is me. For external use I just have a tincture already made up. Seeing as I don't have any worms I don't need to take it internally and I don't need the iodine from it as I eat enough kelp and other seaweeds. But the turmeric is really good. Now are you allergic to all nuts? or just some? Raw nuts? or roasted? -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
