If you read the commentsfrom others who give a little more information itr involves injecting your blood into a cowso it can then develop the antibodies..However Im pretty sure that making certain that a cow has had lyme is important as well( as shown by an antibody serum test).Drinking raw milk wellis a cure for ontestinal issues , including ulcers( unlike pasteurized milk which cannot do this because heating destroys the healing properties in raw milk).I just wish I had a source for raw milk up my way .I only do yogurt or kefir for the probiotics .Raw milk is far better for you than heated milk, regardless of whether it helps lyme.I know you have intestinal issues, so perhaps it will help that.Also , do make your kefir with the raw milk.( dont heat it)
