Guest guest
Thanks for that list Barbara, I have always heard that wheat has been hybridized, so it's not technically what we refer to as genetically modified, although I suppose in a sense it is. The properties of hybridized wheat make it less nutritious and trigger sensitivities in a lot of people. That's why many people who are sensitive to wheat can use spelt and kamut, which are both old-fashioned varieties of wheat. But they still contain gluten. By the way, I also like Dr. McFadden's book.
