Good Dr's in USA/ anywhere that do phone consults??

HI Everyone

Im still not satisfied with how things are going HRT wise, and Im really nervous

about self-administring...so...just wondering if anyone could reccomend a good

doctor who does phone consults. Im in New Zealand, but Im prepared to phone

overseas. As far as I know my current doctor is the only one in my area who

treats with bio-identical hormones, so no matter what I'll be doing a phone

consult with whichever doctor I end up with. I thought I might try a doctor who

at least knows what they are doing, not just one that is in the same timezone as

me.
