Don't know where to start!

Hi! My name is Amy Harrell

I am a single mother of 4 and my two youngest are autistic and are currently in

special education schools. My youngest Gracie is almost 4 yrs old and I'm

noticing that she seems to be right on the verge of " coming out of her shell " . I

am in college myself so I have alot to do while trying to get as much info as

possible for my babies. After reading about it appears that this may be

something to look into for my children but the problem is-I don't know where to

start. I live in Wixom Michigan and was wondering if anyone knew if there was a

center near me to start the required tests for my children. Hope to hear from

Welcome Amy! I have a little girl who just turned 4 and her name is Kaylee and

we have been doing since Sept of last year and my daughter is doing

AWESOME. She no longer stims, plays with others and is very happy and

interactive. They have to make new IEP's for her because she is blowing away

her teachers' expectations!

We live near Chicago (not too far from you) and unfortunately there are no docs

in our area so we flew to NY to see Dr. and it was the best money we

ever spent! We do phone consults with him.
