need help... mid cylce bleeding :(

Hi guys. I need some help...For the past three months or so my cycle has been really odd with spotting starting around day 15-16 or full on periods by day 21.I take oestrogel, OTC progesterone, and testosterone cream. I had a total thyroidectomy in 2007 due to uncontrolled hashimoto's so I take cytomel 106.25mcg. I also have really bad adrenals <likely 's> so I take 20mg HC and 1 3/4 tabs florinef. Since the steroids I feel really good otherwise but my cycle has really been turned on its ear :(I am hoping this is just low progesterone. I did saliva testing a while back and everything was terribly low :(I am 33 and not menopausal as far as I know..Thanks in
