Yes, I have a GB 4000 with an amplifier, but not a MOPA. We've had our machine several years, and last year sent it in to be "updated". We definitely feel we got our money's worth! The program for "Lyme Hatchlings/eggs" comes with the instruction "these are low frequencies - use square wave only" (I think that may apply only to the GB 4000, since it has a carrier frequency). The frequencies included are 640, 8554, 203, 412, 414, 589, 667, 840, 1000, 1072, 1087, 1105. The GB 4000 runs the first 8 frequencies together as a group for 5 minutes, and then the rest of it as another group for another 5 minutes. I use this program monthly, but not always at the full moon. I sometimes take antibiotics at the full moon, and don't rife when I'm taking them.
