I have a 6mo old and I recently read his schedule. I don't have it in front of

me, but it was basically a typical schedule except it followed do's and dont's

of the diet. So NO whole grains like oatmeal or cheerios and NO DAIRY.

the food schedule and when?

Colleen,

For , I only worried about the foods in the highly allergic category.

There was too much else to worry about to concentrate on more than that.

Also remember they come up allergic to many things they really aren't

allergic to because their immune systems are so out of whack. Don't make

yourself too crazy. Your kid will do that for you. Hope this helps.

Hi all,

I have been doing the diet for my son for 2 months now. We are getting there

but the protein is a struggle. Like some of you, my son could eat carbs all

day long if allowed and isn't a big meat eater he never has been. He is off

the dairy, whole wheat, nuts, berries, chocolate etc. but I still feel like

I have to give him the carbs in order to get the protein down. Any

suggestions - especially for Breakfast, Lunch , Snacks , eating out and

activities at school ?
