Guest guest
Since the recent topic has been about Lyme, I thought I'd ask if anyone has heard about Cat's Claw as a treatment for Lyme. There are a few stories on the web about people who claim to have successfully treated their Lyme's disease with this herb. Has anyone tried it? If so please share your experience if you would. I'm definitely not sure how legit any of this is, but thought I'd ask. (I've included a few links below) Thank You, Robin http://samento.com.ec/nutranews/story001.html http://www.samento.com.ec/sciencelib/medmain.html http://www.mdjunction.com/forums/lyme-disease-support-forums/medicine-treatments\ /376101-cowden-protocol-facts-samento-cumanda-burbur
Guest guest
Robin, I am going to a lyme presentation on Monday by an acupuncturist who uses herbs to support dealing with lyme and other tick infections. I'll ask him if Cat's Claw is included in the herb blend he uses. Guest guest
cat's claw is one of several herbs that is often included in herbal lyme protocols. anyone who is interested in pursuing an herbal approach -- either alone or in conjunction with antibiotics -- should look into stephen buhner's lyme herb protocol or those of zhang or cowden. there's a lot of overlap, but each has their own preferred way of addressing lyme and coinfections herbally.hollis Robin, I am going to a lyme presentation on Monday by an acupuncturist who uses herbs to support dealing with lyme and other tick infections.
