Guest guest Posted April 10, 2011 Report Share Posted April 10, 2011 I read the email about the vinegar...had to chuckle. Not at it being silly but at it being so simple and probably working. If you'd been following a few of my comments, I'm working with Schwartzbein here in Santa Barbara to get off of the Wiley Protocol. I asked her during my first appointment why we hear that women in other countries don't suffer from the menopause symptoms that we seem to suffer in the US. She explained that it has to do with how quickly we go from having normal levels of Estrogen to low levels of Estrogen, maybe because of lifestyle, stress, diet...probably many things. In other countries, especially ones that haven't adopted our terrible diet (not mine but the general terrible diet in the US), women's E levels drop gradually and so doesn't seem to cause the problems we classify as menopause here. Just interesting all around. Can't wait to find out if the vinegar works!
