Guest guest
As Bent wrote; "A young and healthy menstrual cycling woman secrete 208 mg progesterone during a 28 days cycle (1) which is equivalent to 2,496 mg per year." The number he gives there for the WP is a bit higher than what shows in the book as he used the numbers he saw Wiley using when he was around. It morphed until the trademark issues came up (you have one year to trademark something you published) and then the WP got trademarked and the dose went into lockdown. If someone wants to bother adding up the numbers to the version of the WP you were on please tell me and we can compare the ratios of normal HRT to the WP. From the article on RL"As discussed in details on the Rhythmicliving website long-term topical use of progesterone in doses advocated by the Wiley protocol of 8,200 mg/28 days represents a severe and insidious problem because the women are ending up having overdoses of progesterone accumulated in their tissues. A young and healthy menstrual cycling woman secrete 208 mg progesterone during a 28 days cycle (1) which is equivalent to 2,496 mg per year. Hence, the Wiley protocol recommends more progesterone in a single 28 days period than a normal women secrete during a period of 40 months."I'm pressing this issue because I see people getting off on the track that it's an estrogen overdose. Sure that was wacky, but the P is the serious issue. I even saw practitioners who were overdosed on the WP and losing hair STILL think it was the E that was the problem! <shaking head> Laurel
