Guest guest
E goes through pretty fast! P does not. For most of us the E went thru fast, it was the P that took forever. There are gazoodles of E receptors in the body to suck it up and use it, but there are not as many P receptors to use it up. If you read the archives you'll see women reporting that they can taste and smell the P when it started coming out of their tissues. If someone can stop it all great! But in my case the P was waiting to come surging out of the tissues. That doesn't happen with everyone. E does not make for depressed slow moving women who lose hair and have deep voices. Stopping E and waiting for one's receptors to reset (whatever the term is) is not so terribly hard, but it's hell if the system is overloaded with P. From my experience some women are so hyper sensitive to E that they never make it to the first luteal phase of the WP. They go nuts with anxiety from the E and often just get off the protocol right away. Those that can handle the blast of all that E from are different.
