Guest guest
Hi this may be off topic for this group but since hormones can play an important role in all your glands and other hormones I thought I would post this and the fact that I was on the WP I thought maybe I could get some answers here. Thanks... Can your body be making too much cortisol (mine seems to be in the afternoon and evening, although I am constantly jittery and full of anxiety with morning high blood pressure) and still have adrenal fatigue? I have symptoms of both. I took Holy Basil as my gyno directed me to, came off the progesterone and estradiol altogether (probably not a good idea, but they levels on the saliva test were extremely high, probably because I was on the Wiley Protocol and taking obscene amounts of both) I should have waited for the saliva test to be done, but who thought, doctor didn't even alert me to this. Now I feel that my saliva test were not accurate and I spent 250.00 for nothing. I am so confused now. can someone explain to me the difference of high cortisol levels and if you can still have fatigue too? Being under extreme stress for a very long time, I fear has burnt out my adrenals, but yet I am having symptoms of high cortisol levels. Thanks Nanci
