Hi Jim and everyone,

jim, just want you to know what a life saver this group, your info and support, and everyone's participation is to me! it's truly a miraculous gift! thank you.

I made first order to Swanson. what an amazing place....so cheap : )

I read in the post about L tryptophan that you should take copper with mag oil? in what form and dose? btw, the mag oil definitely gets absorbed thro the skin cause by afternoon, i taste it in my mouth...lol.

Marie anything that dissolves biofilms is potentially a cyst buster because it is biofilms that make up the outer parts of the lyme cyst.I have herxed with Terminalia yes ,as long as I am also taking herbs that kill the lyme,bcyst busting causes the lyme to come into the bloodstream where treatments can reach it better
