Guest guest
I guess the thing that's always made sense to me is the logic behind cycling the hormones like when we were younger. That means we all need to take both E & P.Even though I'm getting OFF of the WP, I do think Sex, Lies and Menopause has some good information in it relative to how our hormones work. What I've found from Dr. Schwarzbein is that it doesn't take cycle E to actually produce a sort of cycle with E. This month we took me to E+2 (for those of you on the WP you know what I mean...I was on E+4) and we're starting my P cycle on day 18 this month with much less P than I've had for over 5 years so we'll see. I'm bleeding when I shouldn't be bleeding (bled from day 6-10 lightly) but she said this will happen as we transition. Will keep you posted as I'm working with the Doctor very closely.Have a great day...beth-- beth DonatiThe Financial Literacy Lady
