Hi K,

You might be getting too much and knocking your system for a spin. ? It's

worth asking your doc for a very low dose patch and proceed slowly - gently,

..... with a whisper. Creams can be inconsistent. I was very surprised when

I used patches and my serum levels were BANG on with what was given in the

instructions. I had been getting such stunningly erratic results with the

compounded creams. Mom uses patches, but it's difficult for me to keep them on

my skin so I have to tape them on. ugh I do fine with E gel 2x a day. Other

women find that's a roller coaster ride. Take a look at

http://www.buzzonbios.com/contents/web_videolist.asp and look for Vliet's site

http://www.herplace.com/ Her internet presence isn't fancy, but she is a good

resource. She also have podcasts and books. She is well aware of the trouble

with too much P.

As well, Dr. Schwarzbein is another good resource.

high levels of estradiol..like in the high 400s. I have a prescription estradial

cream from my gynocologist--prescribed because my blood showed my E level is

only 26. I try to use it but blow up like a balloon when I do, and get cramps.

As a result I always stop. Is it possible that I don't really need it and that

the blood labs are wrong? I haven't tried saliva testing b/c since I don't have

a period the E must really be low. Any comments on this? Does anyone else here

with low E have E intolerance?
