Val...I'm only telling you what I've learned from Dr. Schwarzbein who has over 20 years doing what we're working on with our bodies. She's taught me a great deal in working closely with her for 5 months about transdermals and how our hormones should be trickling into our bodies like nature intended. I'd like to weigh in on estrogen's " effect " . We, even Dr. Schwarzbein don't

fully understand all that estrogen does..One of the things that I have learned,

through experience, trial and error, and 7 years of daily research is that even

a small dose, irrespective of type, can have a far reaching effect on my AI

condition (in particular Graves Disease And Graves Eye disease)..so not only can

I feel that for 5 days afterward, a flare can last for weeks..So while the

reasons can be complicated, the truth is that one certainly can " feel " E 5 days

out and longer...A.
