Guest guest
Many thanks to everyone for your helpful suggestions and thoughts. You are all such incredibly kind, thoughtful, wise women! I have discovered two substitute replacements for the premarin vag cream: 1. An Estriol Vag Cream made in a local compounding pharmacy. 2 Vagifem Val, as you suspected, the three products you suggested are not available in Canada . . . which is where I live. Rosy, the vagifem sounds promising. I know that it is made from estradiol; whereas the estriol vag cream is made from Estriol. Can anyone suggest which product would be best to treat thinning vaginal walls in a menopausal woman? With thanks to everyone for your help.
