Any suggestions of other types of estrogen replacement please

Ive just tried a climera patch for some estrogen replacement and had wicked

headache/ migraines. My back story is that my wellmeaning doctor put me on wp

because I had shockingly low estrogen with a raft of symptoms. Ofcourse wp didnt

work and I ended up havign migraines everyday, which stopped once I stopped wp.

I definately need some estrogen. Ive just had one 35 day cycle where there were

definately low estrogen symptoms involved. I tried the Climera 25 patch for 6

days and had wicked headaches the whole time.

Im going to phone my doctor tonight and let her know, but I was wondering if

anyone else has any suggestions of other forms of low dose estrogen replacement

so I can be armed with ideas/
