Hi Everyone.

I almost completely forgot to tell you my doctor and great friend, Dr.

Schwarzbein, is giving a free 4 hour presentation next Saturday here in Santa

Barbara.

We're filming the presentation to make a DVD for the world on her philosophies

and such. She is an amazing endocrinologist and I'm so grateful to have her on

my team.
