especially chocolate!

I do not know if its a calcium deficiency but I can testify its a potassium and

magnesium deficiency.

I read the following web sites and have been drinking it three times a day. I

have a box of Godiva

Chocolates-unopened- that has been in my house for over a week! That has never

happened

before:))

Some suggestions to try:

Add more extra virgin olive oil;

Add herbs and spices to get all the flavours (sour, pungent, sweet,

acid, astringent....) in each meal

Eat something high anti-oxidant with vit C afterwards, (I use dried

mango)

Have FUN with it!

Namaste,

Irene

I would add the EVO just when you serve to eat. Don't cook it in the pot

roast.
