SPAM - was - Re: woods_kw_2008

I never clicked the link so I have no idea what's on the other end. I don't click links on spam. Apparently someone got into that persons account and spammed the group through it. Nothing more to do. I deleted the compromised account. Mostly we avoid spam because people have to write me before I approved them. Spammers say the dumbest things usually with obvious spelling errors so I delete the requests and they can't get into the group. As a side note. One way to avoid someone getting into your account is to have a complex password with upper and lower case letters and some numbers. It shouldn't make a real word either, but the combo should have some easy meaning for you so you can remember it! I also keep a different mail accounts for places I suspect with spam me in the future. It's easy to keep an account on gmail or yahoo. I like the spam filters on gmail. They are amazing! Laurel I just did. What does this mean? and why was it on this yahoo support group?
