Hi Val,Do you apply it on your face for absorbtion or as a facial cream?Thank you.Nita To: rhythmicliving Sent: Saturday, January 14, 2012 5:30 PM Subject: RE: Re: Induced Period vs No Period Post Menopause

Vagifem is vaginal estradiol. Vaginal estriol is probably safer but is not available in the U.S. except through a compounding pharmacy. I buy it from Masters Marketing and use it on my face. Estriol is is not absorbed except through mucus membranes. Why are you using either progesterone or vaginal estradiol? Remind me, have you had cancer? Val

From: rhythmicliving [mailto:rhythmicliving ] On Behalf Of itsmelindadThank you, Val - I was browsing 4corners looking around and saw estriol, http://www.4cnrs-hormone-replacement.com/ovestin-cream-hrt.html Is one as good as

the other? My oncologiost just Rxd Vagifem and discontinued the progesterone. Now I'm more confused than ever, which doesn't take much these days. I think I will have to self treat, but I have a lot of research to do. Estrogel is bioidentical. Google it. I like

http://www.4cnrs-hormone-replacement.com/estrogel-hrt.htmlbut get mine from Masters Marketing via a prescription. http://www.masters-uk.com/medicines/home.php

Yes, I have watched her Menopause Power DVD video set. It is terrific and does give you the specifics of doing hormone replacement. It answered a lot of questionsI had before I met with her and a lot since I've had since I started working with her. You also get a notebook that goes along with video and space to write notes of your own. However, you need to work with a good doctor for lab tests, prescriptions and guidance. Her whole focus is to educate and empower women to makeinformed decisions regarding their health. You can purchase the DVDs on-line at menopausepower.com. Right now it says they are available for $97.00 instead of $197.00.I think there is a short video you can watch on-line also. The phone number on the back of the DVD is .

On the back of the DVD cover it says:"In Menopause Power, I teach YOU to take control of YOUR menopause:1) You will learn how improperly managed menopause undermines your health for the rest of your life and why you need to be in charge.2) Next, we get down to the basics... what hormones are and how they work, what metabolism is, the menstrual cycle, etc. And I'll tell you about the innumerable symptoms, conditions and degenerative diseases caused by not treating, or improperly treating, menopause.3) Then, I'll teach you the correct way to safely manage your menopause with Hormone Balancing Therapy (HBTx) using bioidentical hormones, and whytraditional Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is both wrong and dangerous.Remember, I'm on a mission to change the way menopause is managed and empower women to make informed decisions regarding their health. To do so, I need yourhelp. Please tell your friends and

family about this information and feel free to pass this DVD along to someone else (like your doctor) if you think it will help.To health and happiness, Schwarzbein, MD"When I called her in May, 2011, she had just decided to take new patients again. I only had to see her in person the first time. Everything else has been doneover the telephone. She arranges lab tests, etc., evaluates and prescribes all over the phone and on-line. She is so easy to talk to and cares so much. She has a medical assistant e-mail line for questions and updates which she is quick to respond to. If you can't manage to see her once a year, then maybe she would be able to recommend someone near you or advise you how to proceed. It is worth a try. Along with the hormone replacement, she identified adrenal failure so I am taking a very small amount of hydrocortisone from a compounding pharmacy until my own adrenals start

working properly. She has taught me how to eat correctly and exercise correctly as I heal. She also evaluates and recommends vitamins and supplements to take. All of this is monitored regularly. (Before I saw her my W.P. doctor wanted to add thyroid medicine, HGH, testosterone, moreprogesterone, and various other stuff to my protocol.. I am so glad I didn't do it. I have enough recovery to do as it is. And he never even addressed the adrenal failure). Dr. Schwarzbein has given me a new appreciation for the profession of "physician". And how one can actually help you instead of just taking your money and leaving youmore confused or hurt than before.I hope this helps. If there is any other way I can help please let me know. My phone number is if you would like to call me.Blessings,ShereeTo: rhythmicliving Sent: Mon, January 16, 2012 3:37:03 PMSubject: Re: Induced Period vs No Period Post Menopause

Hi,

You are very lucky to have Dr. Schwarzbein on your side. I read all her books and listened to the Introduction on Menopause Power. I would love to buy the DVD but I do not know if I could get the specifics, the nuts and bolts of doing hormon restoration. Unfortunatelly I am too far to have an appointment with Dr. Schwarzbein. If you had seen the Menopause Power video, what is your honest opinion. Thanks.
