Hi, I'm looking for help in cycling bi est and prometrium for a withdrawal

bleed.I also heard you could take a small dose of prometrium vaginally if you

had the patience to split up the capsule somehow. I'm an r.n so I'm not afraid

to try. The other option is to take it orally. I'm new to Bhrt and I need to

get the hang of managing my cycle. I'm pre menopause. Some hot flashes and maybe

4 or 5 periods this past year.
