Guest guest
This is for the nerdy geeky types like me - I dork around with my body trying to find optimal. Jack Kruse is a neurosurgeon who got to 350 pounds and tore his meniscus just standing up. He got a few clues from an researcher who saw the mess he was in and then his curiosity and brilliance took over. In a stunningly short time he melted the fat off his body without exercising because he wanted to wait to have surgery until he was a good candidate (good candidates aren't overweight). He showed up online only in the last year it seems. He's presents a compelling argument about leptin resistance and how to go about healing it - he offers his evidence for a hack to work around the resistance while in the process of healing of healing it. The blog is dense with information and he gets into his take on epigenetics - why we can't assume we are all the same. Of course he discusses hormones. http://jackkruse.com/
