Using prometrium vaginally

You mention that Dr. Vliet recommends using prometrium vaginally 10-12 days each

month or two. Do you know if Dr. Vliet suggests using the full 200 mg of

prometrium vaginally . . . or do you slice the prometrium pill in half to reduce

the dosage? (I don't know if that's even possible given their small, round shape

LOL)
