this group hard to sort posts

how does one sort the posts here? i searched for prior posts on certain topics

and am brought several results with same text in each. is there a way to view

these posts like on a craiglsist forum, where original post stands out and

responses are accordioned out from it? on this site its all so confusing. cant

find original post. the whole point of this site is for clarity and truth and

info about such an important subject. also why have to re-ask a question thats

already been hashed, so i hope someone can explain who to clearly read prior

posts. thanks. i know my question about high progesterone and estadiol in saliva

tests after long ago stopping wiley is in here somewhere.
