Lightheadedness now with nause

I am on 1 pump of estrogel. I have been lightheaded since starting estrogen back

July but my levels were low I was told the lightheadedness would go away..

I had an ablation in September last year and pretty much kept track of my

" cycle " based on a 28-day cycle. I have vaginal mucus around day 12-14 and see

the change in it as my cycle continues.

I went to a fertility specialist since I wasn't feeling better.. He said my labs

for hormones are not correct because I am probably not on a 28-day cycle

especially since I wasn't prior & I would have to go by ovulation findings & he

would do daily blood tests for a week to figure out where I am.

Ok, great but what about this lightheadedness?

I usedy 1 pump of estrogen last night & for the first time I got even more

lightheaded & nauseous. I have adrenal issues and thyroid issues which i am on

medication...

I have slowly weaned down from 3 pumps and will be weaning off the estrogen but

I am wondering if anyone else experiences lightheadedness or nausea?

This would be day #1 of my cycle if I could go by that but that would mean

estrogen is low & progestrone dropped.. Any suggestion?? Thank you- Lori
