How much Estrogen do you need to restore libido?

I'm so gad I found this group! The progesterone in the Wiley protocol does not

work for me. My biggest challenge right now is figuring out how to restore my

libido...my poor husband!

I have been taking E cream for several years and tried other things, like the

Vivelle patch. For awhile, the cream worked fairly well and then then it seemed

to wear off. I decided to try the Wiley protocol, and the increased E with that

seemed to help. I DO NOT like the progesterone.It is nice however, to have an

enhanced bustline!

I also take testosterone, but I find dosing that either too high or too low to

kill my libido.

I would love to hear from the group what has helped with your sex drive.
