Her site is www.theschwarzbeinprinciple.com and she's getting ready to launch a new website in a few months to address most of the issues with our hormones. It's very scary indeed to be doing this on your own. I can't imagine trying to get off the WP by myself! We haven't a clue what to look for or what to notice, though we do know when we don't feel well at all. You're playing with fire when you're doing it on your own and the more you do that, the more messed up your body will be. Many women here in the US are just getting ON the WP because they think it's the latest and the greatest so don't feel like you're 10 years behind. I don't think the WP has been around that long and available to the general public. The most important thing now is to figure out a way to shut her down. I don't know if Dr. Schwarzbein will do overseas consults or what she would charge. I am copying her office with this email so perhaps they can let her know and address your questions.
