Guest guest Posted August 2, 2011 Report Share Posted August 2, 2011 An increase in T3 increases SHBG...irrespective of how it happens..insulin decreases SHBG...Schwarzbein Principle I does not like porcine thyroid replacement..I don't think it's mentioned in II, but can't swear to it. At any rate, I am not giving up my porcine.. But, I'd still like to hear from beth and/or Schwarzbein on this issue..if she can work with a pt that wants to do porcine, I'm interested in talking to her..
