eating soy to get estrogens

Hi all,

Schwarzbein was asked this question at her recent presentation and she said the same thing. She said that pre-menopausal women can maybe get an effect but not post. I can't remember the actual reasons for this (she covered so much information) but the only way to replace estadial is to use estadial.
