Guest guest
Here's what I am learning from Dr. Schwtzbein and please know this: Susie Wiley is NOT a doctor and neither was Caren. Caren by the way quit working for Susie a few months ago abruptly. We can't find out why. The philosophy of taking 'enough' bioidentical E and P in the safest doses in the most bioequivalent manner is what teaches. The WP intends to replicate fertility levels of hormones in a nonbioequivalent way, i.e., applied in huge doses twice a day on the skin instead of having small enough doses to ensure we bleed each month delivered in the minute amounts throughout the day via the patches. We are not fertile anymore...our eggs are gone So the last thing we need are fertility levels of hormones. We need just enough to keep us balanced and healthy. Dr. Scwatznein's philosophy is that most of the degenerative diseases women experience happen because of 1) the loss of our sex hormones and 2) the fact thAt as a result of 1 all of our other hormones become unbalanced. Dr. Scwarzbein said that in all her years of balancing hormones she has never had any luck with transdermal creams or gels. The patches deliver plenty of E to create a cycle when taken with a small (comparably) dose of P delivered on days 18-28. She uses P suppositories. Caren used to always tell people what to do and preface that with " I can't tell you what to do but you should... " They always said to up the E when in fact it was lowering P that would have made most women at least cycle better. The suppository I'm using is 10 mg twice a day. A very low dose relative to WP. And has me on .25 E patch (Vivelle Dot) that I change Sat am and Tues pm. I'm still using 3 lines of E spread put one line at a time over the day and having some pretty serious issues with muscle spasms and cramps. Detoxing is the miserable thing I have ever experienced in my life. My two divorces were easier and more pleasant!!! What we don't understand or learn is that as you use E during our cycle, we don't need to create a peak by adding more hormones. The body does it normally with the hormones we use statically. stopped me doing peaks almost from the beginning and I'm still having periods. What a shock that is. And lastly, please know that Susie Wiley doesn't have a clue what she's doing. She was actually Dr Schwarzbeien's patient before she got this wild hair to do what she's doing!!! Also she is fat, stressed, doesn't practice what she preaches, doesn't teach anyone how to eat properly (a huge part of Dr. Schwarzbein's program). You need to know that the amount of E and P you get in the transdermal will vary each time you get a new batch! I met a doctor who worked with a gal who tested the hormones on herself for months with blood tests each month for several months. I'm not sure that really says what he said it determined but it just made me question the quality/quantity of the hormones since each month was different for me. And to clarify for the new gals, if it comes in syringes it means it's a transdermal type of delivery which produces a bolus affect (look it up). If those syringes come in the green and pilgrims bags you are using the WP certified compounded hormones. If you are following the WP dosing you are on the WP. If you are not following her dosing protocol then you are not on the WP... You are just using her trademarked (and more expensive) transdermal compounded hormone to do your own things. Hope that sheds more light on things. E beth Donati The Financial Literacy Lady & Web Orchestration Gal /
